The Inn has 5 exclusive rooms, each one with its own private bath. Each room is unique due to its decor and furniture, which allows the guest to appreciate the delicate process of reclamation and restoration that was carried out. The rooms are generously illuminated and different from each other.

Fortunata Chacana Guest House is a Large Victorian style house in Playa Ancha that dates back to 1910. The space was adapted to turn this historical manor into a luxurious Inn with 5 rooms, all with private baths. Additionally, there is a living-dining room area, a reading area and a spacious terrace. Local artisans and furniture makers were involved in the restoration and the decor and ornamentation consist of original pieces of art purchased from local painters and sculptors.
